1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Mla3eb, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Mla3eb is a sports booking platform that connects players with venues and organizes matches and tournaments. We facilitate bookings but do not own or operate the sports venues.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable service fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the match: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before the match: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No refund
6. User Conduct
Users must behave respectfully towards other players and venue staff. Any harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior may result in account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mla3eb is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during matches or at venue locations. Users participate at their own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
